June Guided Meditation : Summer Solstice - Embracing the light


Friday June 20, 2025 7-9pm

Experience a powerful summer solstice mediation with a focus on inviting in the vibrant, warm, energy of the longest day and fully embracing the summer season while leaving behind anything that no longer serves us.

Our evening will include:

Breathwork and Grounding: 

We will start with a breath practice to cool the body, calm the mind, and bring balance, setting the tone for a beautiful experience of relaxation and gentle energy.

 

Guided Meditation:

We will move into a gently energetic meditation meant to lay the groundwork for summer intentions. We will close with a mantra to carry into summer and you will have the opportunity to set an intention for the coming season.

 

Creativity and Connection:

We will then take time to explore the creation of a nature mandala. This allows us to connect to the earth, spark creativity, bring grounding and find inner peace. Also available will be a cucumber and mint infused water for sipping to balance the hot, fiery, pitta qualities of summer. 

An array of nature items will be available for mandala creation but feel free to personalize yours by bringing natural materials to use or share with others.

 

Wear comfortable clothing.

July Guided Meditation: The Height of Summer – Joy, Vitality & Presence

Sunday July 13, 2025 5-7 pm 

Breathe in the scent of sun-warmed air and feel the season at its peak. The Height of Summer is a guided meditation and journaling experience designed to reconnect you with the vibrant energy of summer, your inner rhythm, and the present moment. 

Our evening will include:

 

Breathwork and Grounding: We’ll begin with a breath practice to cool the body, calm the mind, and bring balance, setting the stage for deep presence. 

 

Guided Meditation:

Together, we’ll pause in the fullness of the season, reflecting on themes of warmth, movement, light, and expansion. You’ll be invited to notice what this season awakens in you—its brightness, abundance, and its invitation to live more fully. 

Journaling and Reflection: After, we’ll move into reflective journaling and open conversation with mindfully crafted prompts for creating space to process insights, capture the energy of the season. This will allow us to gently connect with others through quiet conversation and reflection. (paper will be provided or feel free to bring a journal with you) Also available will be a strawberry and mint infused water for sipping to balance the hot, fiery, pitta qualities of summer.

 

This is your opportunity to align with summer’s joyful, radiant energy and return to your life feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected. Come and realign with the season’s energy—bright, full, and alive.

August Guided Meditation: The Beauty of Enough – Simplicity, Sufficiency, and Resting in the Present

Sunday August 10, 2025 5-7pm

As the intensity of summer begins to wane and the days grow just slightly softer, August offers a gentle invitation: to pause, exhale, and embrace the quiet beauty of enough. This guided meditation experience is designed to support deep rest, mindful reflection, and a return to your natural rhythm.

 

Our evening will include:

Breathwork and Grounding: We’ll begin with a breathwork practice to cool the body, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of spaciousness. Through slow, intentional breathing, you’ll be guided into a state of grounded presence, preparing you to receive the stillness that follows.

 

Guided Meditation:

From there, we’ll move into a serene meditation centered on the themes of simplicity, sufficiency, and contentment. With gentle prompts and mindful awareness, we’ll explore what it means to let go of striving, to soften around the edges, and to rest in the wholeness of this moment—just as it is.

 

Journaling and Reflection: Following the meditation, we will transition into reflective journaling. Thoughtfully crafted prompts will help you explore what feels nourishing, what no longer needs to be carried, and where in your life you can welcome more ease. There will be space to write, to breathe, and, if desired, to share quietly in community. (paper will be provided or feel free to bring a journal with you)  Also available will be a mango and mint infused water for sipping to balance the hot, fiery, pitta qualities of summer.

This practice is a reminder that you don’t have to do more, be more, or chase the next thing. The beauty of enough is already here—waiting to be noticed.
