Starts Tuesday
March 17, 2026
6-7 PM
Curious about meditation but not sure where to start? This 5-week series is designed specifically for beginners who want simple, supportive guidance without pressure to “do it right.” You don’t need to quiet your mind, sit for long periods, or have any prior experience. We’ll start small, build gradually on Tuesdays, over 5 weeks and focus on practices that actually fit into real life.
This Series meets on Tuesdays at 6PM for 5 weeks, March 17 - April 14, 2026.
Each week includes gentle breathwork, short guided meditation practices, discussion, and a take-home meditation workbook to support your home practice.

-
Week 2: Working With the Breath: Learn how to use the breath as an anchor and a calming tool when the mind wanders.
-
Week 3: Sitting With Thoughts: Practice observing thoughts without fighting them and build comfort with mental activity.

Nature Immersion: A Spring Equinox Walk
Friday
March 20, 2026
5:30-7:30PM
Celebrate the change of the season with a guided nature immersion honoring balance, renewal, and new beginnings.
As we walk slowly through the woods, we’ll pause for gentle invitations such as a five senses exploration, a letting-go and welcoming practice, and a mindful reflection to observe signs of emergence and change.
After each invitation, we’ll share thoughts on what we noticed within ourselves and in the natural world.
We’ll close our time together with seasonal tea and a light snack, leaving feeling grounded, refreshed, and aligned with the vibrant energy of spring.
Dress for the weather with flexible layers and comfortable shoes suitable for uneven and possibly muddy ground so you can stay comfortable and present throughout the walk.
To close, we’ll gather over seasonal tea or infused water and a light snack, gently transitioning from our time of sensory immersion back into daily life, with optional discussion for those who wish to share.

Nature Immersion: Create a Nature Mandala
Sunday
March 22, 2026
10 AM -12 PM
Join me as we peacefully and slowly wander a short path in the woods, immersing ourselves in the sights, sounds, and textures of nature. Along the way, you’ll be invited to notice what draws your attention and gently gather natural items to use in creating your own nature mandala.
We’ll pause to mindfully create our mandalas, paying attention to the colors, shapes, textures, and energy of the items we’ve chosen. Afterward, there will be space to reflect and share what caught your attention, before we wander back out of the woods with quiet awareness, continuing to notice the natural world around us.
To close, we’ll gather over seasonal tea or infused water and a light snack, gently transitioning from our time of sensory immersion back into daily life, with optional discussion for those who wish to share.
No art experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
