Eclectic Self Care's Nature Immersions are guided experiences that invite you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the healing presence of the natural world. Through mindful walking, gentle movement, and sensory awareness, these offerings support grounding, nervous system regulation, and a renewed sense of connection—both within and around you.

Nature Offerings

Slow down, step outside, and reconnect with the natural world.

These guided experiences invite you to move through natural spaces with intention and awareness. Walks and hikes unfold at an unhurried pace, with regular pauses for mindful moments, gentle movement, breath awareness, and sensory exploration. Each immersion is designed to support grounding, presence, and a deeper connection—to yourself, to the land, and to the rhythms of nature.

No hiking or meditation experience is required—just a willingness to slow down and notice.

Mindful Walks & Hikes

Movement as meditation, nature as guide.

These guided walks and hikes blend light movement with mindfulness practices woven naturally into the landscape. Along the way, we’ll pause for moments of stillness, breathwork, or simple mindful movement to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. These experiences are accessible, restorative, and rooted in curiosity rather than distance or pace.

Forest Bathing Foundations

Learn how to practice nature connection on your own.

This session offers an introduction to the principles of forest bathing (shinrin-yoku), focusing on simple, practical ways to engage your senses and cultivate presence in natural environments. You’ll learn how to create your own solo forest bathing experiences—whether in a forest, park, or backyard—so you can return to nature as a resource for rest, clarity, and emotional balance whenever you need it.
