Work Place Wellness

Eclectic Self Care provides guided meditation and mindfulness sessions focused on stress reduction, anxiety management, and overall well-being. Sessions can include guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and practical mindfulness tools that participants can easily integrate into their workday and daily life.

All offerings are flexible and can be tailored to meet your organization’s needs.

Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions for Work Place Wellness

Group Size & Accessibility
All offerings are designed to be inclusive, beginner-friendly, and workplace-appropriate, serving groups of 5–15 participants with the flexibility to accommodate larger audiences. Sessions require no prior experience, special clothing, or equipment, ensuring accessibility across diverse teams and work environments.

 Mindful Reset (20–30 minutes)

A short, accessible session designed to help participants pause, reset, and refocus during the workday.
Includes:

  • Brief grounding or check-in

  • Guided meditation with gentle breathwork

  • Simple mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and anxiety

  • Practical take-away tools for daily use

Ideal for: Wellness breaks, lunch-and-learn sessions, busy schedules

 Stress Relief & Breath Awareness (30–45 minutes)

A balanced session combining guided meditation with intentional breathwork to support nervous system regulation.
Includes:

  • Breath-based practices for calming stress and anxiety

  • Guided meditation for relaxation and presence

  • Discussion of mindful strategies for managing workplace stress

Ideal for: Ongoing wellness programs or team well-being initiatives

Deep Rest & Mindfulness (45–60 minutes)

A more immersive experience that allows time for deeper relaxation and reflection.
Includes:

  • Extended guided meditation

  • Breathwork practices to support relaxation and awareness

  • Mindfulness tips and habits for long-term stress reduction

  • Optional reflection or Q&A

Ideal for: Dedicated wellness sessions or special events

Office Yoga & Mindful Moments
(25-30 minutes)

A short, accessible movement-based session designed to help participants reset their bodies and minds during the workday—no mats or special clothing required.

Includes:

  • Brief grounding and mindful check-in

  • 3–5 minutes of gentle breathwork to support focus and calm

  • 15–20 minutes of chair-based or desk-friendly yoga to relieve tension from sitting

  • Short guided rest or quiet pause to integrate the practice

  • Simple take-away tools for use at the desk

Ideal for: Wellness breaks, lunch-and-learns, busy schedules, first-time participants
