Eclectic Self Care provides guided meditation and mindfulness sessions focused on stress reduction, anxiety management, and overall well-being. Sessions can include guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and practical mindfulness tools that participants can easily integrate into their workday and daily life.

All offerings are flexible and can be tailored to meet your organization’s needs.

Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions for Work Place Wellness

Group Size & Accessibility
All offerings are designed to be inclusive, beginner-friendly, and workplace-appropriate, serving groups of participants from 10-30 with the flexibility to accommodate larger audiences. Sessions require no prior experience, special clothing, or equipment, ensuring accessibility across diverse teams and work environments.

Workplace Calm: Breath, Meditation & Rest
(30 minutes) $125

A 30 Minute Interactive Session for Employee Wellbeing

Give your team a guided pause during the workday to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and restore focus.

What Employees Will Experience

  • Grounding & Breathwork (5 min):
    Simple, guided breathing and grounding practices to help employees transition out of stress and into a calmer, more focused state.

  • Guided Meditation (20 min):
    A structured mindfulness meditation designed to reduce stress, support mental clarity, and encourage present-moment awareness.

  • Guided Rest (5 min):
    A period of complete rest to integrate the meditation and allow the nervous system to fully settle, leaving participants refreshed and steady.

  • Each practice is explained and guided — participants may join or simply listen.

  • Optional participation throughout.

  • Brief Q&A / reflection at the end, time permitting.

  • Handout provided with guidance on each practice for ongoing use.

  • Duration: 25 minutes, onsite, interactive format, no equipment required.
