Take your workout to the next level by taking it outdoors.
Yeah, you read that correctly, I am asking you to get out of your workout comfort zone or rather out of your workout room and move your practice outdoors.

Yoga, HITT, Running, Walking, Dance, Aerobics, Strength Training, and the list goes on, solo or group workouts can all be easily moved outdoors.
Why do this? you ask...
It feels less like a workout and more like fun thus boosting moods
Swap the yucky germs found in the gym for beneficial microbes found in nature
Clear your mind and refresh your body by breathing better air
Burn more calories as your workout may last longer and/or you may perform harder
Boost your vitamin D naturally from the sun
Get more creative when you change your setting
Beat depression and sadness with natures fix
Increased energy levels by being outdoors
Make it social by inviting a friend
Outdoor settings give a much better view
Overall strive to reap better results and boost your immune system by taking at least one workout a week outside and take full advantage of natures healing benefits.
